Information Security Policy

Next Microsystem is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and information systems used to deliver our services and support our operations. This policy sets the overall direction for information security and provides the foundation for Next Microsystem’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Information Security Objectives Framework

Next Microsystem has set information security objectives that support this policy and are reviewed as needed. The set objectives are established to:

  • Protect confidentiality by preventing unauthorized access or disclosure.

  • Maintain integrity by preventing unauthorized or improper modification.

  • Ensure availability by maintaining access to information and systems when needed.

  • Maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

  • Drive continual improvement of information security performance.

Next Microsystem is committed to satisfying all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and business requirements related to information security. This includes, where applicable, requirements for data protection and privacy, regulatory and supervisory obligations, contractual security commitments to customers and partners, and internal information security policies and standards.

This commitment is achieved through the identification and evaluation of applicable obligations, the integration of relevant requirements into the ISMS, the monitoring of compliance, and the timely addressing of non-compliance through corrective actions. The organization shall continually improve the effectiveness of its Information Security Management System through a risk-based approach.

This policy is maintained as documented information, and shall be communicated within Next Microsystem, made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate, and reviewed at planned intervals or when significant changes occur.
